  A conference call to establish an overview of current solutions. - Identify challenges and possible improvements.
- INTERVIEWS & EVALUATION
  Review existing solutions with local client contacts responsible for the current solution.
  - Benchmark against current deliverables and opportunities.
- PRESENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS
  Recommendations for covering all transportation needs for each location. - Cost estimates, time frames, insurance, and local requirements.
- POLICY DESCRIPTION & INCLUSION
  Description of the most suitable assignee transportation benefits and comp models across locations.
- COMMUNICATION & ROLL-OUT STRATEGY
  The Plan is finalized with detailed communication and support flow. Location and/or service category roll-out is agreed upon. - The client signs off on the Plan
- IMPLEMENTATION & DELIVERY
  All involved parties are informed via webinars and information material before launch.
